Return & Exchange Policy
Don't worry! We got your back!
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help you. In that case, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 5 working days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition. This includes the original packaging with all the tags and labels attached. We will issue a voucher or *exchange the bag for another one of your choice.
Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that personalized bags/orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect in the product.
